Rental Policy


 Campers are delivered between 8AM to 4PM the day of your rental. Since we normally have many campers to deliver we go by a first rent first deliver basis. If we arrive at your reserved spot and the previous campsite renter is still there, we will check back for availability and work it back into our delivery schedule as quickly as possible.

 We Begin to pick up campers at 12 Noon the last day of your rental. The unit must be ready to pick up with the keys on the dining room table and empty of all food, personal items, trash and swept out. We are not respnosible for any items left behind. We have no specific order for pick up so you may be first on the list. So if it is not ready when we arrive, we may impose a $25.00 late fee. If you are leaving early please give us a call and let us know.

All campers are due by 12:00 PM on the last day of the rental.


Camper not cleaned: $50 per hour  1 hour minimum charge
Damage – $95 per hour plus material or estimate per dealership:  
Late Charge: $25 per hour. .

Smoking is not allowed in any Camper. A minimum $200 sanitizing fee will be added to your final bill.


A cage/kennel is required. If you are away from the unit at any time, you must put your pet in a cage/kennel. The pet may not have free roaming of the unit while you are away.


An additional $85 pet fee charge is added to the rental price.


The pet must be an “invisible pet.

When we say “invisible pet” it means that when the unit is returned, we should not see any visible signs that there was an animal in the unit. This includes, but is not limited to: pet hair, carpet or fabric stains, carpet or fabric tears, damage of window coverings, pet food, and any smell or odor associated with an animal.

 If evidence of a pet is found, you are subject to the following:
At minimum, a $100.00 Cleaning fee. Excessive cleaning charges will be billed at $95 per hour.


If evidence of a pet is found and it was NOT disclosed at the time of the reservation, you will be subject to a $200 fee for the entire period of your rental, along with an automatic $200+ Cleaning fee.


We ask that you do not allow your pet to be on ANY of the furniture in the rental unit. This includes the seats, sofas, dinette area, overhead bunks or beds. Please be respectful, and remember, where your pets may be hanging out is where the next renter may be laying their head for a good night’s rest.


The Renter is responsible for any damage to the unit which occurs during the rental period. This includes damage to both the inside of the unit and the outside of the unit.
